The writ petition has been filed challenging the Deputation Order dated 08.04.2016 of Directorate of Medical Education, Chennai issued in respect of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that the said Deputation Order was subsequently cancelled vide cancellation order dated 12.09.2024. The learned counsel for the respondents has produced the copy of the cancellation order dated 12.09.2024 before this Court. 2/4

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous recording the cancellation order dated 12.09.2024. No costs.
