This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.308 of 2023.

2. On instructions, Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submits that investigation is completed and final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram through efiling No.C-202300220, dated 23.11.2023 and same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.127 of 2024, dated 04.11.2024.

3. In view of the fact that the investigation is completed and final report filed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner herein is at liberty to work out his remedy before the concern Magistrate and challenge the final report.
