The prayer in the Application is seeking for an interim injunction restraining the 1st respondent from conducting the Annual General Body Meeting on 19.02.2023 or any other date thereafter in pursuance of the impugned notification in Letter No.023/2022-23 dated 03.02.2023 till the disposal of the suit.
