This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case based on the petitioner complaint dated 10.11.2014 and take action against them as per law.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 10.11.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. It is further submitted that both the parties have given a statement that they will settle the issue through civil Court.
