2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in compliance of the order dated 09.11.2022, final report has been filed in P.R.C.No.38 of 2023 before the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition stands closed and the contemnor is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
