This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.48863 of 2024 on the file of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, dated 21.08.2025.

2. Despite the names of the respondents being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
