This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet and final report in Cr.No.11 of 2019 dated 13.01.2019, pending on the file of the respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.

It is seen from the records that the FIR itself has been registered on 03.01.2019. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to direct the respondent police to file a charge sheet and final report.
