ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.03.2016, returned by the respondent and re-submitted and pass orders forthwith.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner approached the respondent to replace her old vehicle to latest model vehicle. However, the respondent has not considered the application and passed any order in the said application. The respondent simply returned it, by stating that corrected route have to be stated. According to the petitioner, she has resubmitted the application, enclosing the proceedings of the route.

3. Mr.A. Zakir Hussain, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the application on merits and in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.03.2016 and other documents, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
