This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant three days emergent leave to the detenu J.Thimmappa, son of Jinjappa, CT No.16711, now confined at Central Prison, Vellore.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It seems that the petitioner's father was convicted for an offence under Section 302 of IPC. Now, the petitioner seeks a direction to direct the respondent to grant three days emergent leave to the convict.

this Criminal Original Petition cannot be considered by this Court.

5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
