Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Before the Family Court, Madurai, it appears that when the matter was posted on 07.04.2026 for appearance of the respondent 1/3

(wife), due to her non-appearance, she was set exparte and the matter was posted for exparte evidence on 25.05.2026.

3. In such circumstances, the petitioner is set exparte before the trial Court in O.S.No.105 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai. In such a view of the matter, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is not maintainable in law. Therefore, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
