Heard both sides. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner is a Noon Meal Organiser. She was placed under suspension by the first respondent by an order dated 27.03.2015, based on the inspection made at the Noon Meal Centre. However, no details are found in the suspension order about the allegations.

3.Taking into account the fact that the petitioner is a Noon Meal Organiser, the respondents are directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If disciplinary proceedings are not completed within the said period, the petitioner shall be restored to duty.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
