ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner herein.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that there is no case is pending as against this petitioner is concerned and the FIR in Crime No.41 of 2019 came to be registered only as against the son of the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission made by the Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, because of the case has been registered as against the petitioner's son. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
