ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the third respondent dated 24.01.2022 for cancellation of the legal heirship certificate, which was already issued to the petitioner based on the representation made by the respondents 5 to 9.

2. Heard Mr.R.Thanjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.G.Velu, learned Additional Government Pleader for 1 st to 4 th respondents.

3. In the considered view of this Court, a mere notice issued by the respondent cannot be made a subject matter of challenge. Ultimately, the third respondent has to give an opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 5 to 9, and a decision must be taken. If no decision has been taken till date, the third respondent can proceed further with the enquiry and pass appropriate orders. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
