This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to dispose of the approval petition AP.No.10 of 2006 in I.D.No.32 of 2001 by fixing a time frame.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for an adjournment. However, the writ petition has been pending since 2015. Therefore, this Court verified the E-Court diary to check whether the petition in A.P.No. 8 of 2006 is still pending.

3. This Court perused the status of the case on the website and found that the petition in AP.No.8 of 2006 in I.D.No.32 of 2001 was disposed of as early as on 03.03.2016. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
