Vs CANTEEN WORKERS OF BHEL REP.BY THE BHEL CANTEEN WORKERS UNION, (REGD.796/NAT) 282-N-BLOCK, ANNA NAGAR EAST, CHENNAI -102 and 2 others.

The matter is listed ``for being mentioned`` on account of the mistake in the order dated 09.09.2016. The request to deposit the amount in Court was not acceded to. At that stage, the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner requested for further two weeks` time to comply with the order. Some part of the sentence in the third paragraph is not correct in the sense that it should read as ``Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner prays for two weeks` time to comply with the order``.

The words ``undertakes to deposit the amount in court`` are superfluous as that request was not acceded to.

The order be corrected accordingly.
