C.M.P.No.4911 of 2020 in C.M.A. SR.75855 of 2019 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.T.S.Arthanareeswaran, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the respondents have no objection in ordering this petition. He further submitted that the respondents have filed appeal in C.M.A.No.395 of 2020.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 23 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
