O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] This Court in continuation and in conjunction with the earlier order dated 11.03.2019 is passing the following order. 2.A Status Report of the second respondent dated 25.03.2019 has been filed and it would disclose among other things that the detenu on 11.03.2019 gave an undertaking that he is willing to go with the petitioner and however, on 22.03.2018, the petitioner had submitted a written representation before the third respondent that the detenu did not turn up. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The matter is listed today, the petitioner along with her infant child as well as the detenu are present before this Court and the detenu would state that in connection with the job, he went to Mangalore as a duty Driver and he will continue to take care and maintain them and the said submission on instructions is placed on record.

4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
