The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 12.01.2022 passed by the second respondent in his proceedings No.P/1 745/2022 Joint Sub Registrar, Tirupur 3/22 pending disposal of the main writ

petition and to quash the same and to consequentially direct the second respondent to register and return the petitioner's release deed dated 12.01.2022.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the document was registered and released in favour of the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
