ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police and their sub ordinate officials not to harass the petitioner in connection with not handing over of alleged original title documents to the defacto complainant namely Tmt.Saraswathi.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate 1/4

(Crl.Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Saraswathi against one S.Murugan, petitioner herein, enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, it was ascertained that the incident had taken place within the jurisdiction of Sriperumbudur Police Station and not within the jurisdiction of Tambaram. Therefore, Saraswathi was advised to give complaint before Sriperumbudur Police Station and the enquiry initiated on the complaint given by Saraswathi against petitioner was closed. 3.It is seen from the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that there is no FIR or petitioner enquiry pending as of now against the petitioner.
