..Respondent(s) Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2025 and thereby direct the respondents to issue patta in the name of petitioner in respect of the village Natham property in Survey Nos.61, 68, to an extent of 9 Cents situated in TNHB, Kamakoti Nagar, Seekarajapuram Panchayat, Walajapet Taluk, Ranipet District.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on her representation dated 17.03.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Till date, no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents.

3. The petitioner has filed supporting documents in respect of her request for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondents deem it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the subject property, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the third respondent deems it fit to

enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
