The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., and later altered to Section 306 IPC in Crime No.159 of 2023 on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that the petitioner had sexual relationship not only with the deceased but also with the daughter of the deceased. He had also taken photographs of the same. As a result, the deceased had committed suicide. The daughter had also independently given another complaint which had been registered in FIR in Crime No.18 of 2023 under Section 6 r/w 5(1), 5(n) of POCSO Act, 2012.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
