This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in MC No.2 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mannargudi.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court.
