O R D E R

In pursuance to the order passed in Writ Appeal No.117 of 2015 dated 14.07.2015, the petitioner filed an appeal to the respondent No. 1 against the order passed by the respondent No. 2. Seeking to expedite the adjudication of the said appeal pending before the respondent No. 1, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

3. Considering the submissions made by the the counsel for the parties and taking note of the pendency of the appeal before the respondent No. 1, the said authority is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending appeal of the petitioner dated 14.10.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.

4. With the above direction the present writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
