Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to pass order in Review Application of the petitioner dated 25.11.2014 and the remainder dated 11.2.2015 for the issuance of Kattunayakan (ST) Community Certificate to the petitioner based upon the community certificate already issued to his mother, brother, maternal uncles.
