ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner appellant. The delay of 6 days in the filing of the appeal and then the delay of 373 days in representing the papers have been explained. We, accordingly, allow the petitions and condone the delay.
