This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the Petitioner and his family except to due process of law to secure the ends of justice.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.69 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent. He would further submit that the petitioner had been granted Anticipatory Bail with condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm.
