ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 26.03.2014.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Rooban alleging that the said Rooban impersonating the petitioner had sold the petitioner's property. Though the respondent police has received the complaint, till date no action has been taken. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint is pending for enquiry.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondents police to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.03.2014 and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible. If no prima facie case is made out the respondent is at liberty to pass appropriate order on the said complaint. 6.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
