O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.41436 of 2016 dated 25.11.2016, wherein this Court directed as follows:

"6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made on either side, without, going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2015 seeking regularisation of his service and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law and also in the light of the aforesaid facts and also the Government orders referred to above, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs".

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent, by passing the order dated 23.04.2019 in Ref.No.LL2/3098/2016, hence nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed. However, it

is made clear that it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to seek necessary reliefs, if he is advised so, in the manner known to law. No costs.
