The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.01.2024 for the offences registered under Section 307 of I.P.C and 25(1B)(a), 29(a) of Arms Act in Crime No.2 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, using a country made gun had shot the defacto complainant. It is further stated that the injured was hospitalised from 04.01.2024 to 31.01.2024.

3. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence this petition is dismissed.
