ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the above Crime No.30 of 2010 and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a referred charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatty on 29.11.2020 as mistake of fact in RCS No.33 of 2020.

1. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report filed by the respondent police, it is always left open to the petitioner to agitate his rights by filing a protest 2.
