O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Varanjaram Police Station, Villlupuram District to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.30 of 2020 for the offence under Section 294(b), 323, 324, 506 (2) IPC before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this High Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate on instruction from one Mr.Prabakaran, Sub https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Inspector of Police would submit that investigation in the case has been completed and the final report has been filed as early as on 19.06.2020, before the Judicial Magistrate I, Kallakurichi.

3. Recording the same, direction is issued to the Judicial Magistrate I, Kallakurichi to take the final report on file and number it at the earliest.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
