This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to alter the FIR in Crime No.1594 of 2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the FIR which was registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C was subsequently altered for an offence under Section 306 of IPC and the husband and inlaws have been made as accused in this case. The learned counsel further submitted that the investigation is in the verge of completion.
