O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the rent control petition's have already been dismissed and they have taken out necessary applications to restore the same.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructous with liberty to the revision petitioner to revive the civil revision petitions as an when the rent control original petitions are restored to file. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
