This Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26428 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered, on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the credit of Legal Service Authority, attached to the concerned Court. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.

Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.
