Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2026 and thereby direct the Respondents to implement the order passed by the Town Planning Section, Valasaravakkam in W.D.C.No.DA/WDCN1100951/2025 dated 27.10.2025 in respect of demolition his house situated at Ramapuram Village, Royala Nagar in Survey No.61 (Patta No.544) to an extent of 2,470 Sq.ft and building to the extent of 800 Sq.ft which is in diluted and dilapidated condition within the time frame fixed by this Court. 1/3

ORDER

Today, when this case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2. Considering the request and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the jurisdiction of this Court to seek Police Protection either under Section 482 of Cr.P.C or Writ Petition (Criminal). No Costs.
