Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to stop the illegal acquiring procedure comprising in S.R.No.90/53 at Pukkar Revenue village at Sathiyamangalam Taluk, Erode District and pass appropriate compensation at the market value of the Bhavani Sagar Dam Area.
