Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the impugned Notification as First List of Disqualified Directors - 164(2)(a) for the block years 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16 under ROC-Chennai as on 01.11.2017(EXCEL) published by the second respondent by making seven directors of the petitioner company is disqualified in the Website http://www.mca.gov.in/MinistryV2/roc_chennai_164.html is unconstitutional and against the fundamental rights of the directors of the company and against the principles of natural justice.
