(CRIME NO.885 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for further period of 15 days to comply the conditions imposed in order dated 18.01.2021 made in Crl.OP.No.411 of 2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.411 of 2021 order dated 18.01.2021 to execute the surety and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
