This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2024 and reminder dated 24.08.2024 within a period as fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. Perused the materials available on record. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.03.2024 and reminder dated 24.08.2024, seeking retention of the Special Public Prosecutor in S.C.No.95 of 2013, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter party, the victim by name Ellammal, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
