The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to dispose of the appeal petition dated 16.12.2015 against the order of the second respondent vide order No.O/HR/531(a)3049/2015 dated 30.09.2015, by fixing a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, placing on record a letter dated 11.02.2016, issued by the first respondent, submitted that the above said appeal petition has been disposed of. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
