ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to depute competent surveyor for measuring the petitioner's property based on request letter dated 13.01.2020.

2. As requested by the petitioner, the first respondent communicated to the Firka Land Surveyor to survey the subject land. Accordingly, the said Firka Land Surveyor surveyed the land and duly informed the same to the petitioner. As per the survey report, the land comprised in S.No.377/1C3B2 ad-measuring an extent of 0.00.60 ares, was measured and its boundaries are: Northern side 4.6 meters, Southern side 4.6 meters, Eastern side 11.8 meters and Western side 12.6 meters.

3. Recording the said report, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
