This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though the names of the respondents are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondents either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
