Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time of 15 days for the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by the Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.NO.10111 of 2020 dated 03.07.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.ARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 03.07.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.10111 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
