ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that both the parties have resolved their dispute and nothing survives for consideration in this matter. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions. To that effect, he also made an endorsement in the Court bundle.

2. Recording the statements and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
