This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 31.3.2015 to file FIR and investigate the same.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 31.3.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.4.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
