The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents filed a copy of the accounts of the Department of Treasury, showing that an amount of Rs.1,54,662/- had already been credited in the accounts of the contempt petitioner. In respect of other pension arrears, the petitioner has to approach the Pension Payment Office, who sent a proposal on 27.01.2020. Thus, the said amount is to be realized by approaching the Pension Payment Office, who in turn, shall take steps to disburse the same at the earliest possible.
