This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.2495 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has suffered so many illness and recently he has undergone surgery. Therefore, he is not able to appear before the trial Court as directed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions, whenever the petitioner was repeatedly admitted to the hospital, he can very well produce the medical records before the trial Court and he is also directed to file a petition under Section 317 of Cr.P.C.

4. With the above clarifications, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
