C.M.P.No.4551 of 2020 is filed to condone the delay of 122 days in paying deficit Court fee.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavits filed for condonation, the delay of 103 and 122 days is condoned and the petitions are ordered.
