Today, Mr.R.Anbalagan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Aminjikarai Police Station is present before this Court.
2. On 06.12.2017, this Court has passed the following order:
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the order dated 19.08.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18613 of 2016 has been complied with inasmuch as the investigation of the case in Cr.No.95/2016 has been completed and the case has
been closed as "mistake of fact". A copy of the closure report has been served on the defactocomplainant on 30.11.2017.
3. The respondent police is not able to inform this Court when the closure report has been filed before the Court. A copy of the closure report has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
4. For reporting compliance, post the matter on 08.12.2017.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), based on instructions, submitted that the closure report has been filed before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam Complex, Egmore, Chennai on 07.12.2017 and the same has been taken on file in RCS.No.1 of 2017 and the notice has also been ordered on the defacto complainant, returnable by 18.12.2017.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this contempt petition is closed.
