ORDER

The petitioner is the wife of the respondent/husband. The respondent/husband has filed a petition in HMOP.No.40 of 2018 against the petitioner/wife before the Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar for divorce.

2.According to the petitioner/wife, she is now residing at Chennai at her mother's home and she has to travel a long distance from Chennai to Cheyyar along with her son who is studying LKG to attend each and every court hearing and the same would cause physical and mental hardship to her. Therefore, she seeks for withdrawal of HMOP.No.40 of 2018 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar and transfer the same to Subordinate Court, Tambaram.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Learned counsel for respondent has no serious objection to transfer HMOP.No.40 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar to Subordinate Court, Tambaram.

4. In view of no objection expressed by the learned counsel for respondent, HMOP.No.40 of 2018 pending on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar is withdrawn and transferred to Subordinate Court, Tambaram. No costs.
